Hostile Entertainment was established in June 2002 and is a music entertainment business with over 10 years experience.  Hostile Entertainment works with local, national and international original artists and bands as well as covers acts and bands (see list on band page for acts and bands that are represented by us).  Hostile Entertainment is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, and run by David Dean.

Hostile Entertainment works with almost all genres of music but specialises in representing new and exciting talent and finding opportunities for established keen and dedicated groups and individuals.

Because of its complete understanding of the music industry, Hostile Entertainment prides itself in being able to organise and promote gigs, which are suited to the talents of the various artists.

Hostile Entertainment has established a local and national network of like-minded people to assist in the booking and promotion of artists nationwide.

Hostile Entertainment has organised many Queensland tours for interstate acts over the years and many large international and national acts have been successfully promoted and/or booked on the Sunshine Coast by Hostile Entertainment.  These include Strung Out(USA),Lag Wagon(USA), Joey Cape (Lagwagon, USA) & Tony Sly (No Use For A NameUSA), (HED) p.e., (USA), Parkway Drive, I Killed the Prom Queen, The Amity Affliction, British India, COG, Regurgitator,  Confession, House Vs Hurricane, Thy Art Is Murder, 50 Lions, Carpathian, Shihad, Faker, Spider Bait, Spakadia, FloatingMe, The Whitlams, Rose Tattoo, Mental As Anything, Daryl Braithwaite, Brian Cadd & Russel Morris, The Black Sorrows, The Radiators, Phil Emmanuel, Mark Chopper Read and many more.

Hostile Entertainment has been  involved in  promoting  or  booking  acts on the following festivals: The  Great Noosa Campout Festival 2009 and 2010, Ripe Noosa Festival 2009, Caloundra Music Festival 2007 & 2008 and Halloween Hell Festival from 2002 to 2006. 

Hostile Entertainment will look to be involved in the organisation, running and promo of all different styles of music festivals in the future.
