Hostile Entertainment was established in June 2002 and is a management, promotion and booking agency for original and covers artists and bands (see list on band page).   Hostile Entertainment is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, and run by David Dean .

Hostile Entertainment works with almost all genres of music but specialises in representing new and exciting talent and finding opportunities for established keen and dedicated groups and individuals.

Because of its complete understanding of the music industry, Hostile Entertainment prides itself in being able to organise and promote gigs, which are suited to the talents of the various artists.

Hostile Entertainment has established a local and national network of like-minded people to assist in the booking and promotion of artists nationwide.

Hostile Entertainment has organised several Queensland tours for interstate acts such as Three Point Tilt, Tourettes, Dead Inside the Chrysalis, Anxiety Whispers, Humanizerr, Contrive and Diatribe.   Many large acts have been successfully booked on the Sunshine Coast by Hostile Entertainment .   These include (hed) p.e., (USA), Kottonmouth Kings (USA), Big B (USA), Parkway Drive, I Killed the Prom Queen, COG, The Whitlams, Mental As Anything, Daryl Braithwaite, The Radiators, Mark Chopper Read, Spy vs. Spy, Sunk Loto, Beyond Pink, Neil Murray, Tourettes, 8 Foot Sativa (NZ), Sinate (NZ) and Frankinbok.

Hostile Entertainment w as instrumental in organising an annual metal festival - Halloween Hellfest which ran for five years from 2002 to 2006 and was very successful and almost always sold out.   8-Foot Sativa was the first international band that played at this festival.   Hostile Entertainment is planning to promote more international acts in the future.

Hostile Entertainment is now involved in organising another festival - Brutal Fest - which is now in its second year. Brutal Fest is an extreme death/thrash/blackmetal festival which has already gained national recognition within the Australian metal community.

Hostile Entertainment has done promo for the following bands which are :
SHihad, Faker, COG, Spider Bait and Unwritten Law and Sprung Monkey with many more bands that I will be promoting and doing publicity for in the future as I am starting a promotional and publicity business in the near future.
