SKINWALKERS

Skinwalkers, from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia formed in late 2008 and play a brand of ferocious mix of punk, metal, hardcore and emotionally-charged rock „n? roll with a message about the world which can be called punk/hardcore but call them what you want.

“Famed for singing about issues that are important to their audience, their music harks back to a time when punk rock had a message.” Time Off Mag - 15th July 2011

“They sing about things that matter, that are real to the everyday man with a positive message delivered in every track that may have been missed had it been delivered any other way”. Bec Dent, Landed Music 90.9 Sea FM - June 2011

Skinwalkers are influenced by many bands including The Clash, Rancid, The Who, Gallows, Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Green Day, Joe Strummer, Blink 182, Slipknot, KoRn, Mudvayne, and more. EPIDEMIC OVER

Epidemic...Over (E...O) are a passionate, hits-you-right-in-the-heart alternative rock band from Queensland, Australia - soaring vocals to sing along with, a rhythm section to die for and delay-drenched and distorted guitar riffs to lose yourself in make them an unquestionably formidable sonic force to be reckoned with.

These are the parts that should give you the measurement of their shows and recordings - equal parts talent, ambition and passion. Epidemic...Over welcomes you to their sound and join their family. When you break it down, Epidemic...Over are all about family - not only are there cousins in the band - Matthew Green (Drums) and Ben Castles (Guitar) they are four brothers in music who bring everything to the table. They are all friends who grew up together in Tannum Sands.

E...O's commitment to quality rock songs with solid rock guitar grooves, driving rhythm section and soaring vocals has seen them share the stage with Australia's best alternative acts: The Butterfly Effect, Birds of Tokyo, Dead Letter Circus, Floating Me, Gyroscope, Shihad, British India - the list goes on.

E...O was featured on Blunt Magazine’s cover CD in May 2010 and an Australian iTunes U Promo Sampler (well over 20000 downloads) and Coconet Classic Kite-surfing DVDs, promoting the largest Kite-Surfing meet in the Southern Hemisphere. New Single The Stone (Oct 2011) has been played Australia-wide on the Austereo Network and debuted at just inside the top 100 rock singles purchased in iTunes Australia.

TAKE US TO VEGAS

Take Us To Vegas was formed in early 2010 with a dream to put together a quality recording and touring band. After some homework and a selection process the guy’s got together for a couple of jams and it was immediately obvious there was something special going on with a totally different, but positive vibe being experienced by everyone. The studio was pumping with excitement as the combined passion and talent helped the creative juices flow right from day one. Even though a couple of the lad’s had only just met, friendships, trust and appreciation for each other’s skills quickly grew. It soon became apparent that this new group of young musicians may have just stumbled upon that ingredient that they and so many musicians set out to find. It’s hard to quantify; it just feels, sounds and looks right!

They’re all young, single & passionate musicians with a look and sound that appeals to many age groups. The band is also determined to make it to the top and will do whatever is required to achieve this goal. They understand the challenges that lie ahead and have already begun preparations for not only the success’ but the failures and rejections that are a by-product of a journey such as this. They are prepared and will not be deterred!

In March 2011 the band posted 3 songs from their new album “The Road Ahead” on the JJJ Unearthed website. Within a week they held the positions of 1, 4 & 5 in the punk charts and #1 in the Australian chart. Not a bad effort from a relatively unknown band! There are Video Clips posted on YouTube as well as a lot of live footage. The bands second album is scheduled for release early next year to coincide with a national tour.

Ninjaspy arose with the dawn of the year of six, embodied by the Triad in Blood: Vocalist/Guitarist Joel Parent, Drummer Adam Parent and Bassist Tim Parent. Rising above the mire of their faceless six year muse, they have focused their sights on the mission objectives now at hand: Swift, surgical amalgamation of a spectrum of styles and the subsequent eradication of narrow mindedness. Advocating total freedom of expression and infiltrating every earthen sinew in their chosen path in order to stay grounded and facilitate real connections with others; interactions that are crucial for a meaningful human existence. In corelation with a commitment to people before all else, support for Ninjaspy has grown with every show, every tour and every industry contact. Now working with Darren Gilmore of Watchdog Management, Ninjaspy is embarking on a new leg of their career’s journey. With the help of prolific producers, Garth Richardson and Ben Kaplan, they have entered the next level of their career, releasing their debut cd --ature (Pi-Nature) in the fall of 2007. Equipped and, indeed, armed with their own musical weaponry, (a derivation of hardcore, ska, grunge, reggae, funk and more) Ninjaspy aim to engage people with radical ideas on a level plane. And above all else, to reiterate to people over and again, the importance of victory in the eternal conflict with the skank; the vicious and relentless evil that lives in every human being. The skank that is overcome each time Ninjaspy has the honor of sharing their crafts with people in a live environment, where dancing destroys the enemy. The enemy whose defeat is apparent as one witnesses the total freedom felt at every show by the people in the pit who rise up to throw the skank down.
